Waiting for Rene

Shortly after the 21st century began, I revisited some of my favorite paintings of the 20th century.  In Rene Magritte's 
wonderful "Golconda" the sky is raining over-coated men in bowler hats.  I moved the clock to the time just before the men start
raining and placed one on the window sill of the distant building checking the time on his wristwatch.
