"Fresh Snow"    

I took a photo of an old tractor abandoned in a field near Aldergrove, BC one summer. When I used it for a
reference for this painting I couldn't get the snow to look right so I bought three bags of sawdust and searched every
farmer's field in Aldergrove until I found the tractor again.  Then I stood on it's seat and tossed sawdust into the air so that,
what didn't go into my eyes and mouth, would settle onto the tires like snow.
