"Backing on a Chip Barge"

 A tugboat often stops-up its tow by backing on it.   The skipper usually does this from the after controls
which  face astern to give him a clear view of things.   The after controls on the boat in this painting
are between the tug's twin exhaust stacks which are painted in the owner's (Seaspan, in this case) colors.
